Safari dark mode

Guys - New user to Safari and a few websites like google voice don't show in dark mode at all. Reading view changes the formatting completely and makes it unusable to make calls, texting, etc. Is there any other alternative setting I can/should try? In MS Edge and Chrome, there was a force dark mode on all websites
