Safari & DashboardClient quit unexpectedly

Hi, hope someone could help me with these problems.
I've just updated my mac os x to v10.6.8 but faced problems starting up my Safari & Dashboard.

It prompts "Safari quit unexpectedly" before anything could load. I've tried thrashing the "com.apple.Safari.plist" file as advise on other threads but it doesn't work.

It goes the same for my dashboard.

Anyone could help me with this?

You're running Safari 5.0.3 but should be on 5.0.5. Somehow your 10.6.8 installation didn't complete successfully.

Maybe you can try reapplying the combo update.
