I was wondering if there is any way to change the default text size in Safari 5. I like it a little smaller so I can see all of the content without scrolling over. It works when I do command -, but goes away when I quit. It looks better on my 1024 X 768 screen. ↓

Did you try Safari's Preferences?

Actually, after some more research, I found that by making a simple CSS file, and selecting it as the style sheet, you can set the zoom level.
