iPad mini Safari Deleted...Help!

I think I somehow deleted my Safari browser from my iPad Mini...or at least the icon is missing, and I just noticed. I have several web based apps on my home screens & none will open now when I tap them. Ugh!!!

How can I reinstall Safari? Or...what happened?

Duh. Found it. I had Safari restricted for some unknown reason. Turned restriction "off"...and, voila! Safari returned.
