Is there a way to disable the right-click behavior when you right-click on top of a word in Safari? It automatically selects the entire word and gives you the context menu for that selection (Search in Spotlight, etc.), but I want to just get the regular context menu you get when you right-click on an empty part of the page (so I can click "Back" without using the keyboard or going to the toolbar). This must be something new in Safari 3 because it didn't used to happen.
