Safari doesn't completely load webpages, please help me

Sometimes when I load a webpage, it looks like what you see below. Pages look incomplete and just funky. Does anyone know what the issue is? This only happens in Safari. I am on a newer MBA, running OS X Yosemite. Thank you.

Have you tried any other browsers?
