Safari don't remember full screen settings

Whenever I quit safari, it goes back to normal view. It doesn't stay full screen. Is this a bug?

Mine does it too, it is the only app that doesn't remember full screen, I haven't found a way to fix it yet. Safari is pretty buggy at the moment, so maybe it is just another bug for Apple to tackle over the next few updates.
