IS there any program for i4 that can download files from safari s they can be opened in ifle..Safari download manger says it cannot create a download folder when i try to get something off the internet??? Any suggestion

I read about z program called diskaid that doesnt require wifi...But its not compatible with 4.0.1

After being jailbroken you can get into your files via USB with some programs. I would start with google.
