Safari download problems

Hi.

I am having an issue with Safari. I have just come home from uni for the summer. At uni I have an airport express setup to connect to the internet. At home my parents have a Belkin wireless network. When I try to download a file off the net i get the following error. The other laptop (iBook) in the house don't have an issue with downloading. Any ideas?

Hmm, did you use a proxy server at uni?

Right. I am back at in my flat at uni. I have changed back to my airport express and I am still getting the same problem. I have tried using Firefox and I get this error below. That makes me think it may have something to do with my personal settings but I am not 100% sure. I have tried changing my location I save to but nothing works. Any ideas?

Hmm, it is working now. I have changed the download location in Safari and it works fine!

Why would this change when I changed wireless network locations?
