Safari download speed wrong

The speed = 800kbps
it should only take about 3-4 secs to complete, yet it took 10 times as long.

anyone got a good explanation?

Your download speed is 885KB/s, thus 2,610,954,2KB will take 2950.2s = 49.2min to download.

33s for roughly 30MB is okay.
