Safari Download Window?

Hey,

I'm looking for something that can make the Safari Download Window show as a menu bar thingy like in Chrome or FF instead of a pop-up window when a download starts. Anyone know of anything that can accomplish this? I'm on OSX SL, Safari 4.0.5 btw.
