Safari: downloading videos

I'm currently on OS X 10.7 with Safari 5.1.7 - with this I can download various online videos by going to the Activity window.

Can I still do this on the new version on Safari?

So is there any other way to download videos? I like to keep a catalogue of my favourite adult videos on my computer so I don't need to wait for them to download.

There have been some threads about using Safari 6 and the Activity Window via the developer tools or so. Maybe have a look for a thread?
