Carrier Safari downloads blank.html file

Hi all...
i need a help. Safari 8 automatically downloads blank.html file when tried access some page by using jsp. But Safari 7 doesn't has this issue. I need to fix this. Any idea from you ??

It could be a problem with the site itself rather than Safari.

Ya i agree it will be in site. i am new to web developing.
What may be the reason for such issue ?
Have anyone came across this problem ?
