It would not launch, as well as some other applications.

Tried a new user had the same issue.

Did an archive install preserving user settings, most apps that were not working work now however I'm still having trouble with apps loading including safari. It will bounce up and down and then it will dissapear.

I did the safari updates. Same issue.

Anywhere I can download a good copy of the safari.app file?

this is 10.3.9
