Safari Extension that blocks words and phrases?

I have been searching to no avail.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a safari (high sierra) extension that would let me type in some words and phrases and remove them from the web page?

Like lets say i go to yahoo news.
Page loads.
It looks for and finds the words "Kim Kardashian"
and they just removes it from the page.

I know there are prob. plenty on chrome and firefox, but never been able to find one for safari
