Anytime I restart Safari my adblocker is disabled. I've tried multiple adblockers and always get the same issue. I'm running Safari 13.0.2 on Catalina if that helps. I've tried researching the issue online and none of the solutions have been any help, so I came to good ol' MacRumors.
