Safari extensions disabled every time I reboot

So far every time I reboot my MacBook Pro 13" the extension for 1Blocker gets disabled in Safari and I have to go into the preferences and re-check all the boxes. Has anyone else had this happen or know a fix? I've tried to re-install 1Blocker with no luck.

I was having a similar problem with Safari extensions where the extension would be disabled each time I relaunched Safari. This is what I did and maybe it will help you:

1. Remove the extensions in question in Safari->Preferences...->Extensions
2. Reset PRAM
3. Add back in and enable the Safari extensions in Safari->Preferences...->Extensions

Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

If one or more settings stored in NVRAM don't work as expected on an Intel-based Mac, resetting NVRAM might help.
