Safari-Firefox-Chrome?

Will be getting a new iMac & iPad by early Aug or so- interested in opinions comparing Safari v Firefox v Chrome.

Use Firefox on my current HP PC, as Chrome hangs and crashes due to Shockwave constantly. Takes 22 seconds to launch most times...honest.

I do use Chrome OS on my Google CR48 laptop and it's fine. So Chrome OS, which is inherently unstable on the CR48--is fine. On my PC, Chrome is pure junk.

I see a lot of build similarities between FF and Safari- is that my imagination?
