Safari flash plugin problem

Here is what I get with safari:

However, I click ok to this window and nothing seems to happen(for bad or good) in the page I look.
But after a while, this window appears again.

I uninstalled flash player with adobe official uninstaller for flash. Then I installed flash player again. The problem remains. I did not realize having the same problem to firefox.

Can you please help me telling me where is the problem and what to do to solve it?

What version of flash player? If it is the newest version, try an older one, like Gala, that works well with my safari 5.

I have the problem not in youtube, in other site too. So it is not about sites, it is about safari and flash.

Is there any solution?
Safari is almost useless with this problem.
Most sites have some kind of flash in them.
It is very annoying to surf and this error message every now and then.
I have to surf with other browsers.
