Safari flash problem

I can't get Flash to work with Safari. I'm using OSX 10.4 and Safari 3.1.2. I can't get any Flash videos to work, on sites like Youtube. They work fine in Firefox. Does anyone else have this problem? It's been going on for some time now for me.

Try repairing permissions as a first step. The flash install has some permissions issues.
