Safari Font Issue..

On some web sites I get this font issue (see attached photo). As you can see, my fonts selected in my preferences are Times Neww Roman. I have switched these multiple times, and still run across this problem. Its not for every web page, just random ones. What is going on??? How do I fix this?

For me standard font is Times 16. Fixed width font is Courier 13. When I got to that site all is normal

Thanks. Your help led me to resolve this issue. My Times font was messed up and reading the wrong file. I deleted it and now it works fine. Ugh, frustrating but glad to get it fixed.
