Safari Fonts Issue in OS X Lion 10.7.2

Hi,

After upgrade to 10.7.2, the Safari browser fonts change to Bold Italic suddenly, it looks really ugly... please see the attachment.
Anyone can help me?

Open Font Book (in your /Applications folder) and check to see if you have any corrupt fonts.

Open Font Book, select all fonts, then File > Validate Fonts

Why would you want to reinstall Font Book?
