safari freezes with popups

when i try to open a page with a popup and the phone asks me to allow, when i click safari totally freezes up. is there a way to fix this?

Here is a screen shot. After clicking allow it totally freezes and I either have to reset phone or go to setting to get safari back. Please help if you can
