So I have two Macs. One MBP I've had for years and a second I recently bought, a top of line spec current gen. Both are running the same OS, but the new one is having a weird Safari issue, I'll try to explain the best I can.
Webpages in Safari do not load normally and often require two tries to load properly. Here's how it goes:
I'll type in an address
Hit enter
The progress bar will move about 5-10% and freeze
I'll hit enter a second time and it will load fine.
This happens on almost all sites, almost all the time.
It only happens on the new machine
And it freezes everything else going on Safari in other tabs. Such as a video playing.
Has anyone hear of this or had this happen to them? Is it a Filevault issue?
