I have noticed lately that Safari is freezing almost every time I go and quit. I usually have to force quit the app now. I know I am using 10.12 beta 1, but has anyone else been having this experience? I have tried to clear caches and history but no luck. I am using a 2014 MacBook Pro w/16GB RAM and 1 TB Drive. Thanks.

Safari Freezing upon closing app in osMac 10.12 B1

I think it's one of the bugs of the Developer Preview as I, too, have constant performance issues with Safari, not just upon closing the application. Granted, I am on a 2012 MacBook Pro, but it does have 16GB of RAM and an SSD. This was even a clean install.
Users have stated that Firefox seems to run well on this build, so perhaps you could switch to that for now.
