Help! my 4.3 iphone safari browser is frozen in a grey zone. When I press safari, the screen shows the safari window behind a semi-transparent grey window. On the top of the phone there is a blue bar with a the current safari location (it changes) and a cancel button. The cancel button does not work. There is a blue bar onthe bottom with the number os safari windows supposedly open (8), the bookmark icon, forward icon, and forward and backward arrows, none of which work.
How can I get this to work again??

Thanks

close safari, open up multi-tasking bar close that go to settings>safari and clear cache at this point i'd reboot the phone but up to you if you want to try it anyway.

If this fails, are you jailbroken? Installed any safari tools?

If you can't solve it based on that i'd suggest restoring but try solve first.
