When I'm in full-screen mode in Safari if i right-click on the toolbar containing the URL and search box I get the menu with the options to customize or hide the toolbar. Once I hide the toolbar though I can't find anyway to get it back, if I go to the View menu the Show Toolbar option is grayed out and I have to exit full-screen and go back before I can see it again.
