Safari Generate Password Not Saved

Not sure if this is a persistent issue or not, but thought I'd pass along a heads up just in case. I used Safari to generate a password the other day, however this password was NOT saved in my keychain so now I have no idea what it is.

Of course this was for the very poorly done Xbox WinEveryHour.ca which, for some reason, completely lacks a password recovery option.

Hope it was a one time thing.
