sometimes when i am on safari i kicked off and the wifi connection gets lost. almost like i turned the modem off. sometimes the touch doesn't even find the signal.

it could well be the router you are using. if its new then i dont know, but i have had netgear router, which is very very good for nearly 7 year years now. most things pick it up, such as my PS3, PSP, iPhone, parents PDA and blackberry's. but it does sometime have a problem with windows laptops, dont really understand why (well i do because its probably windows being crap)

ok now i cant even go on to safari? i don't know what i am doing wrong, i go to settings and it doesn't show up there..WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO???

I have the same problem using FF3.

Maybe leopard has a deffect with port 80.

yes i am talking about the ipod touch, thats why i put it in the ipod touch forum. i am currently at work where i have wifi and i still dont have a connection.

Well, if you are somewhere that should always have a working Wi-Fi signal, and your touch doesn't work, I'd take it to Apple.

Reset (hit the reset button or unplug for a few seconds) your router and your cable or DSL modem.
