Safari going completely MAD!

Guys I need a bit of help with these safari issues.

I already posted about Safari opening on the first tab I have open rather than the last tab/page I was on.

I have about 50 pages open, but when I open Safari, no matter what page I'm on, it'll open only on the first tab.

And now if I open a new tab and then leave safari, when I go back in, the tab has disappeared! Incheck2e the safari settings and I have chosen close Manually.

What is going wrong?
