Safari Going Crazy!!

I need help.

Safari is going crazy. I can't use it at all. When I open it it opens like 500 tabs and I can't close the window. Sometimes my computer will suddenly download a file called wireless tether.apk. Then it will download another game file and unzip it. I have Virusbarrier and NetBarrier. I'm not detecting any malware or viruses but something is going on.

I need help.
