Safari graphical glitches?

Does anyone else ever see these lines? They only happen in Safari, and they are very random. The first image shows how the page loaded, the second after I have scrolled.

Yes I tried rebooting it this morning, no change.

After paying more attention, this only seems to happen with Digg.com
