Safari hangs with flash embedded quicktime movie

Has anyone see this? Go to

right click to save the video:

Then click on Save and you get:

and Safari is hung. The only way to recover is to force quit it.
 
Duplicated by Apple Support on multiple machines. They have escalated the issue to development.
