Safari history not syncing across iPad and iphone

Over the last few weeks I have noticed that history from the iPad does not show up on the iPhone. Same thing for the MacBook. I’ve tried clearing the history & turning on/off iCloud, but nothing. What’s odd is that I can see open tabs across all devices and favorites/bookmarks sync. Just not history.

Anyone have this issue?

Do you have the same iCloud account for all three?
When I updated, I had to sign in - sign out on my IPP to get it to reflect my other devices (7+ and rMB)
No idea what the issue was but that fixed it for me.
