iPhone Safari History

Anybody else unable to clear history in safari since upgrading to iOS 13? Mines continually greyed out. I don’t have any restrictions turned on and I’ve reset all settings which enabled it again for a while but it’s continually greyed out now. Don’t have this issue on the iPad with iOS 13.

Same, but on my iPad. In pb1 and now pb2.
