Safari Home Web Page

I have a HTML page on my computer that I use as a Home Page when I start Safari. Since I installed Mojave, every time I start Safari, I get asked to specify the location of the file on my computer. This does not happen with any other browser. Does any one have any ideas as to why this is happening?

I use a local file as my home page and with Safari on Mojave when it first opens I get the Safari could not open this page message. If I hit the home button then the page loads normally. Hopefully it gets fixed down the road.

Thanks for the info. I'll just use Firefox in the mean time.
