SAFARI: how disable cache-memory for forever

Hello:)
i know there is a option in safari-developer "disable cache" but after a new start of safari is this option again not disable, how can i disable the cache for forever, please?
 
I don't know the answer but am curious - why do you want to? What would it do for you?
