Safari: How do I get rid of this?

Half the time when I hit the, "back" button in safari I get this message. It's quite annoying. How do I keep it from popping up?

I don't think you can. I find this 'safety feature' quite useful if you have entered text on a page, reminds me that I have done something on that particular page.

But I'm not "backing out" of a page I've put text on. It happens mostly at random and I can't figure it out.

Annoying as hell. Firefox will do it every once in a while but not as much as safari.

It will happen any time you go back to a page that you can put text in.
