Safari iCloud Tabs broken

Is or has anyone else experienced iCloud Tabs not working in Safari?

I’m fairly sure this started happening with Sequoia for me. None of the tabs from my other devices - iPad and iPhone - appear on my MBP 14” M1 Pro, and vice versa.

Any support would be greatly appreciated.

im researching how to sync safari tabs now but saw this and will relax.
meanwhile in sanesville, Vivaldi tab sync perfectly on the MBA-Mini-iPad now.
