Safari icon in liu of IPod's (iPod's controls)?? WTF??

The title says it all.

I just noticed that I have a Safari icon in liu of my iPhone's music control iPod icon which is gone...

My phone is running 4.2.1 and IT'S NOT JB.

Apparently my phone is working fine, but I have never seen this before, is it ok? I use to have lots of Apps in the background (currently I have over 32).

It just means that Safari was the last thing to play music and support the background music controls function. Nothing wrong with it in any way.

Perefectly fine. It just means that Safari was/is still using audio. The app that is currently playing audio is the icon that will appear there.
