Safari in 10.3.9 (downloading images)

Since installing 10.3.9, Safari no longer gives me the option to save images as and where I choose. It now limits me to my download folder. I'd be very grateful If anyone has any ideas?

Just press alt when clicking on the picture. "Save Image to Downloads" changes to "Save Image as", giving you the option to safe your picture anywhere you chose.
