I'd previously seen a news report about buying discount airfares on sites like Expedia, and how the reporters had discovered Safari users got worse discounts than other Internet Providers (especially with refreshing and trying to see deal prices change, which they did).
Well, I just bought discount eyeglasses for myself and a friend during an online sale, and while I queued up first on my Safari ("Please wait until the next spot becomes available"), I managed to get through - TWICE! - on Firefox without Safari ever succeeding. Worth pointing out for future reference.
