Ok, I noticed this pop up recently and I don't know how it came about. Any idea what I may have done to make this happen? Next to the iCloud button, and yes it is active.

I don't know what button I could have hit to add this extension??

Did you install Parallels recently? It looks like the Parallels installer added that extension to Safari. Remove it if you don't want it.
 
Oh I have removed it after taking the screenies, I just didn't have the option to add it to my Safari while setting up parallels and I haven't done it recently so I didn't know if there was a further excuse or what. IDK.
