Safari is stuck behind windows

Hi all,

My safari browser stays behind any open window (iTunes, finder, etc.) and I don't know how to fix this issue. I've done a brief check of all my preferences (general, safari, iTunes...) so far. Any suggestions for other places to look if anything got checked or do I have a major issue here?

if you haven't done so, try moving the com.apple.safari.plist file in /Users/****/Library/Preferences to the desktop, quit safari before moving.

If this did not help you can move the file back to restore the safari preferences.
