Safari issues with VLC plug in

I am trying to view the content at:

http://www.weather.com/tv/tvshows/Livestream/

As you can see when you click missing plug in it says:

This page contains content of “application/x-vlc-plugin” type. You do not have the plug-in required to view this content.

I have installed every VLC/flip4mac/real player/ etc application I can to try and play this video and I can't get it working.

Any Pro Tips?
