Safari issues

[Apple Mac Daz]

Tried using safari on my rMBP and iPad to use web chat to jd sports. All I am getting on both devices is a white screen where chat box should be.

Tried on Firefox and it works fine.

Anyone any ideas why safari won't play ball, pretty sure it use to work so maybe something during updates.

Running latest Mavericks and Safari not sure what version it is on rMBP
Ios 7.1.2 on my iPad Air

In my version (don't recall, not at my Mac - OS is Snow Leopard) I would go to Safari > Reset Safari.. first. I was hoping that by providing that information, someone with a similar setup would answer.

Cheers for the help fella seems strange how it's Safari on my Mac and iPad that is doing it.
