All through the betas of 8.0, 8.1 safari has a terrible habit of jumping right to the top of the webpage when one moves back a page. It either jumps to the top or rescales and jumps to a different part - it's super annoying. Anyone else experiencing it? I've reported the bug to Apple, also taken steps to clear safari of data etc, nothing really fixes it. Try reading a thread here and then swiping back a page, instead of going to the point you left the page at prior, it jumps to the top and then halfway down the page again. Frustrating. Happens on both iPad and iPhone.
