Safari keeps asking for data privacy options

There are certain web sites I visit that every day Safari asks me to confirm my data privacy options for. Now this is a pain as it involved unchecking quite a few options each time.
Not all sites, just the same 4 or 5 every day. Other browsers, e.g. Edge in Windows, Safari on iOS or iPadOS, don't have this issue.
Could this be a setting in Safari somewhere?
