I can't delete the plugin because as soon as I start the Safari browser, it crashes before I can do anything with it.
 
I think you can navigate to (your home directory)>Library>Safari>Extensions

There will be a file for the extension plus a .plist.

Save both files elsewhere then delete them from the Extensions directory.
