Safari keeps going back two pages?

I have this very annoying thing where Safari goes back two pages when i swipe backwards. Some times it does not go back and then i swipe again and it moves two pages. Is there anyone else that has this problem?

I'm having the same issue. The skipped page is then scrubbed from history.
